Buying your first EV is exciting. Figuring it out alone after handover, less so. New Volkswagen EV owners were being left to their own devices (literally), with no onboarding journey to guide them. So, we built one. Taking a cue from IKEA's beautifully simple instruction manuals, we created an email series that broke down all the essentials — from charging to connectivity. The result? We turned an overlooked channel into a pocket guide that drivers look forward to opening.
